I cannot open rar files, only Windows Compression. That fileshare site wants me to download a toolbar. Not going to do that so guess cannot download your file anyway. Box.com does not make that kind of demand on users. Did you try to attach file to post? Up to 2mb zip allowed.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Did you look at the tutorial(s)?
There is nothing in the zip that I can read. It shows NO contained files.
Martin Green's tutorials are well documented and structured. I hope you could/can follow his code.

    Have you resolved your problem?

Here is another site for tutorials http://datapigtechnologies.com/AccessMain.htm especially Build a Custom Filter in Your Form in the Access Forms: Tips and Techniques section.
