    need help

    Hi I am new in access and want some help from you ppl. While I made an access sheet for my office to control the Purchase request , The repot I took print is given bellow...




    PR No: ........... Supplier:……………. Status:………….

    Item1:
    Item2:
    Item3:




    The help I need from you ppl is that while I take print if then item2: and item3: are empty, in the print out they should not appear.


    Expl:


    PR No: ........... Supplier :............. Status :.........

    Item1 :.....................



    For this what I need to pls advise

    OK - I am not sure what you are asking for but I think you need to limit the data going to your report through query. In the query under the criteria section you could add what ever limitations should be on your data (EXample: ">0", "Is Not Null")

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
