    DoCmd.OpenForm Syntax Error

    Hi Guys,

I think I have been staring at this too long. Can somebody tell me why it's not working?

    DoCmd.OpenForm "frmListProcDefaults", , , "ProcName= & Me.ProcName"

    Thanks,
    Al
