Query by form does not show all records

You should be able to use the Aviation query as a guide for each of the categories. What exactly is your confusion?

Well I see that you have true true false in the field box , that should be typed for every yes/no field right, but the number of True, true false changes depending on the number of yes no field i have?(that is what i dont get)

You would need a similar expression as shown for every yes/no field included in query. The Aviation group just happened to be the smallest set of yes/no fields.
