Link from one report to another

I have created a "data dictionary" database full of different indicators along with their definitions, calcualations, sources, etc. I have 2 reports. One is set up like a glossary which displays the indicator name in alphabetical order. The other is a listing of all the indicators and their detailed descriptions. Is it possible to create links from one report to another so if the user was to click on an indicator in the glossary report it would take them to the full description of that indicator in the other report?
