Access 2010 Fixed time scale in minutes for the time (x) axis in graph

I have a chart with timestamps in format hh:nn on the Time (x) axis.
The graph scales automatically, but I need a fixed scale, starting at 00:00 and ending at 23:59.
I want to set the Base Unit to minutes, but neither hours nor minutes are available from the dropdown list in the Format Axis / Scale dialog box.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem, please?

    Thanks in advance.
