Question Query Parameter Displayed on Report

I made a report from a query to identify "Absent Staff". The query runs with a "Date" parameter.

On the report, I'd like to show the "Date" which the user chose to run the query for.

Do you use "=Format" for it? If yes, how do you use that command?
If not, what is the correct way to reference the Query's Parameter and show it on the report?

    Thank you for your help!!

    You can simply have

    =[Enter date]

where the text in the brackets exactly matches the brackets in the query.
