2003 Query "Total" Missing in 2007

My colleagues are using the 2003 version. They've developed a query which I'm trying to replicate in our 2007 version.

Simple linking two tables in the 2003 and 2007 versions.. ok no problem there. however the criterial in the 2007 version is missing one.

2003 has: Field, Table, Total, Sort, Show, Criteria, or
2007 has: Field, Table, Sort, Show, Criteria, or.....TOTAL is missing

As a result I can't perform a Group By, Where, Sum etc operation. what gives, is this now one of the hot buttons in the menus above? is there a preferences where I can add Total to that design criteria?

It should be there. With the query in design view, the totals icon is on the Design tab.

Hi Folks. Nevermind, I'm a total idiot. It's the Sum icon. Wait for it, there'll be a lot more of these as I drag myself bumping and scraping off the ground and into the air.
