Form design for tool store database

    Hi,

I am designing a tools issue & return database. I am having a table named Technicians with their unique ID and particulars. There is another table for tools with a unique ID and descriptions. Each technician can place an order for many tools from a front-end database in another computer. The tools in-charge then checks the orders and issues the tools by entering a tool serial no and time of issue against the orders. When the tool is returned by the technician ( returning could be in parts or all the tools at a time), the tools in-charge enters the time-in against the toolto complete the transaction.

My problem is that how can I make a form so that the technician can select the tools from the existing table for putting the order without entering his unique ID repeatedly for each of the tool ?
