Tab control has a weird border

If you notice, the border of my tabs have a weird "double line" border. Is there anyway to remove this?

Can't see your pic because where you uploaded is blocked by my work. Why not just upload it here so we can all see?

Ah, go to the form in design view and click on the tab control and select the SPECIAL EFFECT property and change it to FLAT.

I tried that with no luck. I don't see the property "special effect" in the property sheet of the tab control. I even tried within vba ".specialeffect" and it says the member does not exist.

I'm using Access 2007 currently. Not sure if it was added in 2010?
    I updated the attachment.

Now that I look at it, can you upload a screenshot which shows the form in design view?

Uploaded. It seems it's the background color. If I leave the form detail background white, it all blends in. But I can't seem to change the tab background, to that of the form background color.

Try changing the USE THEME property from NO to YES. I just did a test and when I had it set to YES it didn't show like it is on yours. If I had it set to NO, then it did look like yours.
