Formating a Drop Down Combo Box

I have a combo box where I combine the separate table fields: first name, last name and office name to look like this: John Doe (Company Name).

    The query looks like this: Full Name: [First Name] & " " & [Last Name] & " (" &[Office Name] & ")"

What I want to do is keep the text black for the First and Last Name but make the Office Name Blue so it will look like this in a form view? John Doe (Company Name)

How do I insert a color like [Blue] into my string in the query?

    As always thanks.

Should be possible with a Rich textbox. Check #10 in this article http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/mso...ccess-2007/134

    Can't find anything about comboboxes.

This does not work as the text is within the combo box itself and is consolidating data from a query.

As I said, can't find any reference for structuring combobox like this. Does not have a Rich text parameter. Without Rich text, controls are 'all or nothing' formatting.
