New to ACCESS...need to add up monthly data

I have data that is entered in by 10 users everyday....



At the end of the month I need to generate a report that shows their totals for the month.

I have been able to create a report to show YEAR TO DATE...but at some point I want to be able to choose my date range and generate a report based on that date range.

Help?!

Hi napsoni,

Create your query to show same fields as you do for "Year to Date" report, add this to under the correct date column in your query.

Between [Enter in Begin Date] And [Enter in End Date]
