How to “Import” a “dbf” files to the Access file?

I wanted to import the dbf file to the “tables” in Access but couldn’t find the command to do that! (screenshot is attached)

As we use the "import" command , it is very annoying that the Access offers to choose first the main application (such as access, excel, etc.) then the extension! It is more appropriate to show all the files extension that the Access can "import" then we choose the proper one!

Then how can i import the file with dbf extension?

Instead of right clicking on the object, click on the external data tab on the ribbon, then click on more and then dBase file.
