Same data populating different fields in a table

Ok, I have this Table called StudentNameK-2. It has fields StateID, K_1, K_2, ....K_10. This is where the teachers name and when training was accomplished for each content standard K_1, K_2 goes. What I would like to do is have a way that the teacher can input that data in once and have it populate multiple fields in the table. Is it possible? Thank you in advanced for your assistance.

If you have control of this table then you should really normalize it, otherwise you will be dealing with grief for a long time. Here's one link for normalization but Google can find you hundreds.

I understand about Normalization for the DB. I am going to have to think about how it will work in my case. I have to be able to store data (teacher name, date of lesson, etc.) for each Technology Content that the teacher has satisfied. I have to beable to print a report for each student at the end of the year to store in the student's personal file. I may have bit off more than I can chew on this one

I doubt it. Just take it one step at a time. Ask for help on a specific issue when you need it.
