List Box Behavior

I have some code that cycles through the selected items in a list box. When finish the list box is requeried and the items drop out of the list box. What I don't like is that the list box still shows items selected, just not the same ones. I want to reset the list box back to it's original state, less the items processed, with no items selected. I just can't find the line of code that will do this.

Can you help me?
