    Steven Manz

    I am tiring to create a button to print a sub form but when i print the form its blank. can anyone help please

    Forms are for viewing/entering/editing data.
    Reports are for printing.
    Create a report with the report record source using the same query as the sub-form. Then change the code for the button to print the report.

    How do I create the same form as a report, m apologies im just new at this

    I don't use A2K7, so I can't give you the exact steps, but there is a "Create Report" command somewhere. Set the record source to the sub-form query, then layout the fields in the detail section. Add whatever text you want to the report header/footer.



    - Do you have any good used book stores near you? I get a lot of my books there - I've got 9 or 10 books, some general, some specific to a particular topic I needed to find.

    - Next, check out the library. I mean, check out a book from the library. (i know, but that was funny)

    - Last, go to a book store and look for a starter book on Access 2007.
