    Question how to make autocomplete field from history


    Dear members,
    I have to create a form to make delivery receipt, on that i need field contains person "name" and his "contact number", my problem is, if i am making receipt for person which i make previous, field "name" should suggest me name from history, for example: when i start type al below albert should suggest me, and if i choose albert his contact number also fill in contact number field. and all this receipt want to save as database.

    If you use a combo box, it will jump to the position in the list as you describe. It can also fill in the number:
