    i want to report count & sum wise what is his process to use formula in report

    Several methods.

    You can use the report Grouping & Sorting with aggregate calcs functionality. Access Help has guidelines on creating reports with these features.

    Can use domain aggregate functions (DSum, DCount). Again, search Access Help on topics.
