CALENDAR on FORM not LINKING to TABLE

Hello, im currently using access 2010.



i have a calendar on my table that im using the user select a date for. The recordsource of this calendar is linked to a table. A field in this table should show whatever date the user clicks on. However, it does not matter what date the user clicks on in the calendar, the table does not register that date (unless i manually change the date in the table of course)


any ideas? thanks!

if it is anything like the calender control in Access 2000, you need to write some code behind it, or at least have a query look at it...

i noticed that from the video, he is using an older version of access. in access 2010, you CANNOT select a control source when looking at the properties of the calendar itself. You can only change the control source in the whole form...

I don't have Acc2010 so can not comment.
Your profile indicates you have Access 2000. I guess that is incorrect.
