How to link a preexisting form to a new database and query?

I have two databases that each contain a slightly different set of objects. (lol, this kinda sounds like the beginning of a word problem. Wait, come back!) One database has a nice form that is linked to a query that is linked to a table. I wanted to use the nice form in the other database too, so I copied and pasted it over. Naturally, it doesn't work anymore. But how do I link it to the new query and table? I've googled the question, but all the tutorials I've found are for "How to build a form from scratch while simultaneously linking it to a query, which will be no help if the form already exists, hahahahaaa." ;P So, I guess I need actual help from real people. Any Access experts out there that can give me advice or even just point me to the right tutorial? (Bambi eyes) Thanks!
