I want it all on one page...

    Hello everyone!

I am creating a report that lists the companies name with all their contact information. When I bring this information into the report from a query, it creates a new page for each contact. I want them listed one after the other until it must move to a new page. How do I get it to list one after another rather than one per page?

What are the settings for ForceNewPage and KeepTogether for each of the report's sections?

    Does report have Group Section?

Have you sized the Detail as small as possible?

    Force New Page: None
    Keep Together: Yes

There is no grouping on the 'report', but I do have it in ascending order by name in the query.

    the detail section contains
    Company Name
First and Last name of Contact
    Email
    Phone
    Address...

    Takes up less than 2"

I am stumped. Would have to examine the project if you want to provide. Copy database, remove confidential data, run Compact & Repair, zip if large, attach to post. The Attachment Manager is below the Advanced post editor.

    Hello June7!

Thank you for your help. I put some gibberish information in there so you can see if the report is running right.

Did you run Compact & Repair? Zip it - 2mb zip allowed.
