Subform data doesn't populate Report or Query

I built a subform and have fields with different amount. Other fields show YTD Amount, YTD Received, YTD Balance Due. I used the expression builder "sum" to populate those fields.

However, the three YTD fields (sums) will not populate Reports or Queries. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Calculated values are not automatically saved to tables. This requires VBA code. Aggregate data should not be saved to table. You should do these same calcs in a report.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
