Property Sheet issues

I have somehow gotton rid of the little black square at the left hand corner of forms and reports that opens the property sheet. Could someone please tell me how to get it back

Is this with a New test db as well? I didn't know you could turn it off. The property sheet is still available from the Ribbon Design menu.
