Way to Import Tables from List

Is there a way to write a code that will import into an open database all the tables/queries/forms that begin with Test* and that will import Test_Table, Test_Query, and Test_Form? I am thinking you could use the acExportTable, acExportQuery, and acExportForm and somehow write an array to cycle through all of the names that you need, but I am not that good at writing VBA.
