When creating an attachment is there a way for it to show the file name along with the Image/Icon?

Show it where - on the table? No.

This is what it looks like now but I'd like the file name to appear next to the Image/Icon...any suggestions?

Here is what I could make work. Form in Design view, drag the Attachment field from the field list to the form. Create a textbox with ControlSource: =yourAttachmentFieldName.FileName(0)

Assumes only one item in the Attachment field.
