    Help needed - database design for waste water treatment plant

    Please help me in designing a database for a waste water treatment plant. I am attaching a sample of the monthly data log sheet. Also I need to create reports on a daily basis from these monthly data sheets attached here.... I would be thankful if some one let me know about this. thank u all
