    SetValue to set Query Criteria

Is it possible to use the SetValue macro action to set field criteria in a query? I've done this in the past by creating a form, using SetValue to set a value for a form field, then having the field in the query read from the form field.

I noticed in the expression builder under the SetValue action that it allows you to select query fields directly though. Any one know if this is possible?
