would you help me make a database like this,
I want to make a monthly charge for using TV kabel,
The due date is 1 month after joined and next month if already pay.

But, in Ms Excel we have to make manually.
I need a system that can make monthly charge automatically and create an receipt for it just by tracking per date. The customers is about 1273 people. I think it will be difficult processing by Excel. I can filter which customers are joined by date 5 or 7 and there is no database that shows which month had been payed by or have not.

These forums are for assistance with specific problems and not for the development of a complete application. If you have a particular problem you would like to solve then describe it and someone can probably help. Your description is way too broad for someone to make any meaningful suggestion, IMO.
