    table help please!

hi i am new to access and am creating a table where the column headings are several words long and i need to 'wrap' these in order to be able to print whole thing onto 1 page portrait - i had presumed i would be able to text wrap as in excel but i don't seem to be able to?
there must be an easy answer i just can't see it - would be very grateful for any advice?
    thanks

If you are looking for format flexibility, you should use the table as a record set and create a report. Tables are designed for raw storage of data. They should not be confused with Excel spreadsheets, even if there is a physical resemblance. They are not alike and should not be treated as such.

    1. create a report from the table with the data you need to print.
    2. in the 'box' you want to expand to accomodate as much text as you like, right click, properties - enter 'yes' into 'allow grow'
    3. when you open the report in normal, print preview mode it should expand.
