Default text in a text box

Is there a way that I could have lines of text already typed in a text box so when a form is opened, the text box will already have text in it that can be edited if need be?

Yes. Use the control's Default Value property.

    Hi Bob,
I just realize that the text in the default value property is used in my reports too however, it has this <DIV> before the text and this </DIV> after the text.
Do you know of a way for it not to show that?

I would like to but I don't know how I did it, One text box was showing the extra charactors while another was not, so I copied and pasted the one that was not showing the extra charactors, replaced the text and renamed it. Then it did not show the extra charactors.
