    Exclamation Opening Access

Is there a way to open access so it only shows the form view, meaning certain users on the network can not see the navigation pane so they can not alter any of the data?

    Yes.

After opening your database, go to File-->Options-->Current Database.

Assign a display form (a form that you want your users to see)

Uncheck the Display Navigation Pane option.

There are other options you can alter as well.
