    Keyboard shortcut for Commenting

This may be dumb, but I haven't been able to find an answer yet:
In the Visual Basic editor (where users right code for applications like Access and Excel, not Visual Studio), is there a keyboard shortcut for commenting out pieces of code? I'd like to add/remove apostrophes quickly in blocks of code without having to go to the toolbar shortcut.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I was going to answer here but figured it would be better served as a tutorial. Click here for the thread.
