Yes as RG says, "lost" doesn't do it.
Can you tell us exactly
- what you did and what you tried
-what results/errors you got.
Perhaps you could attach the updated database.
Do you have test data?

Sure. I restructed the tables and forms according to your advice.
Somehow the parameters still aren't being passed as selecting the "edit referral button" on the Lookup form that attempts to pass parameters to the New Referral form results in an error message. I've uploaded a copy because I am uncertain as to what I am doing wrong.
I took a look at your example and the main difference I see is that your example uses only tables whereas mine uses a query. For conciseness of info I have a patient info table (tbl_pt), referral table (tbl_rfrl_new), and a query that joins the two (qry_rfrl_new) because I didn't think it was necessary to recall all the information in the referral table. The purpose of the query is to join the information and only show those records where a referral exists.
When I click the button on the verify form I get an error message that states: Records in table 'tbl_Rfrl_New' would have no record on the 'one' side.
I know I may not be explaining everything clearly but I am very new at this.
