Error i am getting on running query " The expression you entered contains invalid syntax"

What are you trying to do in plain english, then we can try to set up an expression.

I am doing in expression. I am saying if all these fields are not null then say cost is final otherwise cost is not final

IIF(Not IsNULL([Units] AND Not isNUll([Amount(USD)]) And Not IsNull([Duty1]) and Not IsNull([Freight(USD)]) and Not isNull([ Other]),"Cost Final","Cost Not final")

If i want to enter one more criteria for example country field equal to China. How i will write?
