    Help with Combining multiple Records

I have a list of courses with each record assigned to a specific user. So, User1 could have 9 records. This is a dowload from another larger database which I have no control over.

Also, I have a list of just the users and just the courses. What I would like to do is create a list of User1 with there corresponding courses on one record. I was trying to use the concatRelated, but I must confess I am not strong in Access 2010. Any assistance would be great.

Sounds like you might need to create a cross tab query, but can't be sure until you show us your table structures.
