    Unhappy Report Format Problem

Using a shared database, I create reports on my machine which should print in legal/landscape. When other users open up the same report, it prints in letter/landscape. I even have one user who can not manually change the format on 2 out of 6 reports.

How can I force the program to keep the format I assigned even though the other user may have a different printer selected than what I have designated?

    Try:
Report in design view, Page Setup, select Use Specific Printer.

I don't remember where Page Setup is in 2003.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
