How can the date update itself?

I have a case study which is about a news agency they wanna build up a information system for thir delivery booking.

When i start using access, i have created 3 tables, which are : customers table, publication table and delivery table.

In the delivery table, i have sat Client ID, Publication ID and Delivery date. and my ID numbers are builded a relationship with my other table.

The problem is, The delivery booking is based on the day, not date. and im trying to do it as date, for January 2012, like a month booking. However, when I am trying to enter the date, by then I can not enter more then 1 date in the field, and also, anyone know a better way that the table could update it itself. for example, if i want the data update to Feburary 2012, Any other better way I dont need to enter all the date in again.

This is what happening on my access:

Hope someone could give me advices

    Thanks
    Amanda

Fields cannot edit themselves. You can run code that would change the date. The code would execute an UPDATE query.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
