I'm puzzled. I've used forms based on simple parameter queries for years. I have a form based on a parameter query and when I open the form it doesn't ask for the parameter. What could I be missing?

I'm puzzled. I've used forms based on simple parameter queries for years. I have a form based on a parameter query and when I open the form it doesn't ask for the parameter. What could I be missing?

Could the parameter happen to be the same as field name in the query?
Show the SQL statement of the query.
