Why is my Urinal Manufacture Sheet1 Query Duplicating each line?!

In your Manufacturing Analysis Table you have a record with no (very limited) data.
It has Job No 4, but no data. Not sure but I think somehow that blank record is causing the duplication.

You may want to investigate, why the blank record exists? Is it for some specific reason, or is it some record that got started, then saved, but unneeded?

Could be your table relationships are not set up correctly, but without knowing more about your applcation it's difficult to say for certain.

Do you have a data model? Do you have test data? Have you tested you model with your test data?

This is my $.02 based on 3 or 4 minutes looking at your db, so may be way off base.
