    Monthly Data

Newbie here and hoping for guidance. I have Windows XP and use Access 2003.

What I am looking for is a way to log monthly data per physician. I have the physician table set up but am unsure of how to set up the monthly data collection.

Do I set up a new table and form to enter the data in each month? Or do I list every physician as a row and have all 12 months as columns in one giant table and enter the info there?

I need to be able to total these 12 months and also compare them to other physicians 12 month totals.

Sorry if this is clear as mud

You need to study up on Normalization. Here's some starting links:

    Google knows hundreds more.
