New to Access - Data Types, constraints and descriptions

    Hi I'm new to Access,

for my first project I have to create tables. It says tables should have appropiate "Data Types, constraints and descriptions".

Just wondering if you could please give me a definition of each of them and help me how to do it?

    Thanks so much.

You should get a basic reference book on database design, perhaps one specific to Access. A forum is not appropriate venue to learn basics.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
