    Field ID Showing on report


    Hi,
    i have created a report based on a query, however when i generate the report it shows the ID nš for the job nš field instead of the actual job nš. it is fine on the query & table & i cant find an option to change the bound column... help.....

    Have you opened your report in Design view, and examined the

    properties of the various sections and fields?
    I understand your post to mean that when you run the query on which your report is based, you see all of the data that you want to put into the report...Correct?

    yes that is correct. it is showing the job nš fine on the query my report is based on but on the actual report it show the ID number of the job nš fied....

    Since all of your data is showing in the query,

    open the report in design view and change the source name (on the properties sheet) in the report field where the Job ID is showing up.
