    one quetion

    some one has asked to help him in building a small database for patients in a small rural health center.

    sample we start building patients information in first table like DOB name phone number etc.






    any help will be great guys.

    You *never* want to duplicate data in a RDBMS if possible. Foreign keys yes, but *never* the data. It is rarely necessary to create two tables that have a 1:1 relationship. Generally you just put the fields all in the same table. There is a limit to how many fields are allowed in a record (255 I think for Access).
