Macro to save report to PDF with custom name

I have created a macro to save a report to a PDF, but have been unable to find the syntax for inserting a variable into the File Name field.

    Any help is appreciated.

I know there's some functionality on 2010 for outputting to pdfs but I've used this utility for ages and it's really simple to use.

Yes, I have seen references to that, however, due to standards and policies, we are not permitted to put 3rd party DLLs on computers without review. I am trying to get this done entirely within Access.
