    Missing Fields Within a Report

I created a report based on a query which was created from two tables. The query has several columns:
    Homeowner ID:
    Last Name: Text

    Calendar Year: Text
    Date Sent: Date/Time
    Date Received: Date/Time

The report has all of the above columns and is sorted by Last Name then Calendar Year.

When the report is generated and if there is more than one family with the same last name the Last Name field is blank but all other fields are properly filled in. Obliviously I am missing something but I cannot figure this out!

Check your sorting and grouping settings. Are you grouping by Last Name? Maybe you don't want to simply sort by Last Name instead.
