    Ribbon


    I want to hide the ribbon from mutil users. If i do, will it show back up if I open with shift key?

    If you use this procedure, then the answer is no. You would have to enable it with VBA. --> http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/...d.php?t=151711

    If you are referring to disabling in the options so that the Ribbon appears but is greyed out, then the answer is yes.

    So if I use the options and take it out there. It will just be grayed out but shift and open will allow me to see everything and work on the db?

    Yup. You will want to hide the navigations also.
