    What result are you expecting?

The logic itself seems strange, if observation is either no leakage found or leakage found, then pass??

The logic is, if in the field of "Observation " Leakage was not found" in results fields it should be appear "Passed" and if "Leakage was found" so the results field should be filled up with "Failed"?

Is the [Observation] field going to store the text "Leakage was not Found" ?

If it is, then it would be like this:
    =(IIf([Observation]="Leakage was not Found","Passed","Failed"))

The Test "Leakage was not found" is filled up from combox. this function is only applied in result field to automate the results passed or failed

    Case-sensitive.

    =(IIf([Observation]="Leakage was not found","Passed","Failed"))

Or, you can try the UCase function, like this:

    =(IIf(UCase([Observation])="LEAKAGE WAS NOT FOUND","Passed","Failed"))
