    Calulating derived date in table

    Dear all

Trying to get a field in a table to show a date derived from another field in the plus 5 years. What is the best way to do this please? Where ADR Valid From is the start date =[ADR Valid from]+1825 to calculate the end date will work in a form but not in a table.

Don't waste table space with a calculated field for a number of reasons. Just use DateAdd() in a query to calculate the value you need.
