    Do the two tables have a relationship such that you could join them in a query?

    Yes the two tables have relationships. Will I lose anything already in the ScheduleCourse table by creating a query and using that as the Record Source?

    I created the query using the Query Builder while in the Record Source of the Form. What do I do next?

    The Next Due Date control is what I'm looking to perform the calculations on. It is a Date type in the Table....

    You should save the query as a stand alone query. Then open it from the query builders screen to modify it. When you open it this way are all of the fields you need visible in datasheet view?
