    windows media player

Thanks in advance for any help or advice,

I have been given the task of writing a safety/training program. What they want is to be able to do is select a video by pressing a button.

I have got everything working except how to get the video to show in a pre-defined place on the form. Currently I am using AVI files with Windows Media Player.

What I want to happen when the user presses the button to run the video is go to a form that will display a lot of process setup and safety information and the video, with the video displaying in a pre-defined section.

Adam, thanks for the reply. You are correct again! It never crossed my mind to google media player and 'Active X'. But, when i did there's tons of information out there and I am sure I will be able to work this out.

Again many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
